U.S. Public Generally Supportive of Foreign Aid

According to results of a survey published March 7 in Washington, US citizens are generally favorable toward providing aid to Third World nations, although most say that economic problems and poverty at home have priority over foreign aid. The survey also demonstrated a generalized ignorance about foreign affairs.
